SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING RATES:

  •  Express shipping rates vary depending on weight and location

  •  FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $150
     

DELIVERY TIMES:

Average delivery times are usually within 1-3 business days. Rural/remote suburbs, can take up to 5-10 business days from the day of purchase.
 

EXPRESS POST:

Average delivery times are usually same day to next day business if you are within Australia’s Post Express Network. If you live in a Rural/remote suburb, delivery can take up to 3-5 business days from the day of purchase.
 

TRANSPORT/COURIER PROVIDERS

To ensure you receive your order as fast as possible Fighting Fit HQ uses multiple transport Companies.
 

RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGES

For your security purposes, a signature is required upon receipt of goods. Therefore, delivery should be to an address where someone is available to receive and sign for the goods during business hours.

In the event no one is available to receive delivery, a card shall be left advising the package is collectable at the nearest Courier or Australia Post.

Should you wish for deliveries to be left without signature (i.e. front door etc). This should be noted on your order comments and we shall be pleased to oblige on small orders.

Fighting Fit HQ shall accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for any lost or missing deliveries in this situation. All large value orders which are generally over $200 for security reasons do require a signature.
 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Should you wish to track the status of your shipment, simply click on the tracking number issued to you on the confirmation email upon your purchase or log on to your ‘My Account’ with Fighting Fit HQ.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

FAULTY OR DAMAGED STOCK

Faulty or damaged stock will be replaced at no charge only if Fighting Fit HQ is notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.

If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of Fighting Fit HQ, it will be replaced at no additional charge to you or a full refund of the incorrect item(s) (not including the shipping cost) will be given upon its return to the Fighting Fit HQ.

It is the customers’ responsibility to review the goods received prior to opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be accepted back for exchange or credit, if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.
 

EXCHANGE & CHANGE OF MIND

Exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • It is within 7 days of receiving goods

  • The product has not been opened or tampered with

  • You will need to pay the postage back to Fighting Fit HQ & be re-charged a new postage fee for transport.

  • The staff will inspect your product to verify that the product has not been opened or tampered with. If the product has been opened/tampered with, no exchange will be granted, and a new postage will be charged if you wish to have your goods returned.
     

If you ordered something and had a change of mind as long as the product has not been opened or tampered with, we can exchange the product for something else or even arrange a credit note (for the incorrect item(s) not including the shipping cost) as long as it is within 7 days of delivery.
